Open Water Certificate

Getting your Open Water Certification will allow you the ability to dive all over the world with Certified PADI Dive Masters and Instructors. You will learn about the basic principles of scuba diving through videos, book work, and personal instruction. You will then complete confined water dives to learn and practice your scuba skills. After completing your confined water dive, you will complete four open water dives to review your skills and explore the beautiful ocean life surrounding Isla Mujeres.-

The PADI Open Water Course (OWD) is the First Level of Complete Certification where you acquire the bases of recreational diving with Scuba (tank diving). It consists of theoretical sessions, practices in swimming pool or confined water, final exam and four dives or dives in open waters. With this course, you can go down to 18 meters deep accompanied by another diver of your same or higher level of certification.-

Included in your certification course are all confined and open water dives, equipment, boat charters, and certification. Certification takes between 3 and 4 days.
